Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Start with your business details, your current website if you have one, your menu or service list, and photos you have permission to use. We explain the options and agree on anything else needed before work begins.
Can I keep my domain and the look of my current site?
Yes. Your existing domain can stay yours. We can preserve your current look or discuss a redesign. We first check whether your site and its features fit the migration service.
Will you replace my ordering or booking system?
We can preserve links to the provider you already use. Building a new checkout, membership or booking system is outside the initial service. We review these links and requirements before quoting the work.
What does the care plan include?
Care is $29–$49 per month. Your quote confirms hosting, domain arrangements, monitoring and the allowance for small content edits. Our team handles small content updates for you. Your quote explains how to request them.
What happens if I leave?
Give 30 days’ notice. The standard handoff is approximately $300, confirmed in your quote. We provide the site and account information; ongoing support stops, and services such as the contact form need a replacement. Code ownership and template licensing are set out in your agreement.
When do I pay?
The current offer is 50% to start and 50% before the domain switches to your new site. Jobs under about $500 are paid in full up front. Your written quote confirms the exact schedule.
Will this guarantee more customers?
No website can guarantee sales or a particular search ranking. We focus on a clearer customer experience and agreed technical checks. A page-speed score is not a measure of revenue.
